Avocado & Feta Smash

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 lemon

Method

  • Prepare egg/s to your liking and dry fry bacon (if specified in plan).
  • Toast sourdough bread and top with avocado.
  • Sprinkle with crumbled feta and then drizzle with lemon juice. Add pepper to taste.
  • Top with the sides as specified in your nutrition plan.

Dairy free adaptable:

In place of feta, add a second egg.
