Avocado & Feta Smash


  • 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted
  • ¼ x avocado
  • 30g feta, crumbled
  • 1 x egg, scrambled, poached or dry fried
  • ¼ x lemon


  • Prepare egg/s to your liking & dry fry bacon (if specified in plan).
  • Cook toast and top with avocado.
  • Sprinkle with feta and then drizzle with lemon juice. Add pepper to taste.
  • Top with the sides as specified in your nutrition plan.

Dairy free adaptable:

In place of feta, add a second egg.
