Choc Nut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • OR 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • OR 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • OR 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  • In a jar or small bowl, add in oats, milk, chia, cocoa, nut butter and syrup.
  • Stir to combine – but don’t worry if the peanut butter isn’t completely mixed in (as the swirls taste pretty delicious!).
  • Cover with a lid or cling wrap and set in the fridge overnight
  • The next day, grab it out of the fridge and enjoy! (Also great topped with berries)
  • Feel free to make a couple of batches, as the oats keep in the fridge for 3 days (as long as the milk expiry is within this).

HOT TIP: This is delicious made in an empty peanut butter jar!
