Beetroot dip

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of fresh baby beets (or canned)
  • 2-3 Tbsp of Greek yoghurt
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp each ground cumin and coriander

Method

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend together.

Add more or less yoghurt depending on desired consistency.

Vegan, dairy free adaptable:
Use plant based vegan alternative yoghurt.

Lactose free adaptable:
Use lactose free yoghurt.
