Brazilian Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup banana chips
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • desiccated coconut (for rolling)

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a food process and blitz until a dough is formed.
  • Make into small bite-size balls.
  • Partially roll in desiccated coconut to finish.
  • Store in fridge and allow to harden.
