- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pitted cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- goji berries (optional topping)
- coconut (optional topping)
- Blend all together in a food processor until desired consistency.
- Top with goji berries and coconut or toppings of your choice.
