Cherry Ripe Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cherries, pitted
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp cacao
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp Coconut/Vanilla essence (optional)

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth!
