Variations:
Ham and cheese:
Add 1 slice of ham and 1-2 tbsp grated cheese
Tomato & herbs:
Add 1/4 cup canned tomatoes, 1 tsp basil and oregano (fresh or dried)
Salmon and dill:
Add 50g salmon (fresh, smoked or canned) and 1 tsp dill
Spring onion and chives:
Add 1 tbsp sliced spring onion and 1 tsp chives (fresh or dried)
Mushroom and spinach:
Add 1/4 cup of diced mushrooms and handful of baby spinach.
