Homestyle potato salad


  • 1kg baby potatoes
  • 1/2 bunch spring onions
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tbsp chives (fresh or dried)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp seeded mustard


  • Prep Ingredients: Wash baby potatoes but leave the skin on. Trim and finely slice the spring onions, finely dice the red onion.
  • Add potatoes to a large pot of water and boil until just soft (~5minutes).
  • Drain, cool and set aside.
  • Add potatoes, spring onion, red onion and chives to a large bowl and mix together to combine.
  • Add yoghurt, mayonnaise and mustard and combine.
  • Keep refrigerated.

Vegan and dairy free adaptable:

Use vegan yoghurt and mayonnaise alternative (e.g soy yoghurt).
