Mango Macadamia Bliss Balls


  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 80g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10 medjool dates
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
  • extra desiccated coconut (for rolling)


  • Prep Ingredients: Deseed the medjool dates, melt the coconut oil and finely chop the macadamia nuts.
  • Combine all ingredients (except macadamia nuts) into a food processor and blend until a mixture forms.
  • Add mixture to a bowl and stir through chopped macadamia nuts.
  • Roll mixture into balls (about a tsp in size) and coat with coconut.
  • Store in a container in the freezer.

Adaptations: Vegan, gluten free, dairy free, lactose free. 
Choose an alternative protein powder for specific adaptation (e.g pea protein for vegan).
For gluten free, use gluten free oats or quinoa flakes.
