PB&J Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 heaped tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of your choice of berry jam
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder
  • Ice (to achieve desired consistency)
  • Water (to achieve desired consistency)

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy
  • Slowly add extra water and ice to achieve desired consistency
  • Top with toppings as per your specified portion in your nutrition plan.
