Peach and Coconut ‘Nice Cream’

Ingredients

  • 500g Peach chunks, frozen
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup

Method

  • Blitz in a food processor until a smooth consistency forms.
  • Serve immediately or place in a container and keep in the freezer.

Variations:
Strawberry:
Use frozen strawberries instead of peaches.

Mango:
Swap peaches for mango.
