Sticky Date Overnight oats


  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1/3 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • OR 1/2 tbsp honey
  • nuts of your choice


  • In a jar or small bowl, add in oats, milk, chia, dates and syrup.
  • Stir to combine. Cover with a lid or cling wrap and set in the fridge overnight.
  • The next day, top with your favorite nuts and enjoy!
  • Feel free to make a couple of batches, as the oats keep in the fridge for 2-3 days (as long as the milk expiry is within this).

Gluten-free adaptable:
*Use gluten-free oats or quinoa flakes.
