  • Measure out your quinoa - aim for 2 cups of water for every cup of quinoa.
  • Wash quinoa well under running cold water in a fine sieve.
  • Place washed quinoa and double amount of water in a saucepan over high heat.
  • Bring quinoa to the boil. Reduce down to a simmer and cook on low heat for 15mins or until all the water is absorbed and the quinoa has expanded.
  • Turn off the heat and let rest for 5-10mins. Fluff up with a fork and serve.

Keep to 1/2 – 1 cup cooked per serve.
