Raspberry Coconut Bliss Balls


  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup raspberries (frozen works well)
  • 80g of vanilla protein powder (or milk powder also tastes great and adds a protein boost)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10 medjool dates
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp cocoa or cacao for choc raspberry OR just add 1/4-1/3 cup of cacao nibs (optional)


  • Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a mixture forms.
  • Roll mixture into balls and coat with topping of your choice.
  • Store in the freezer.

Adaptations: Vegan, gluten free, dairy free, lactose free. 
Choose an alternative protein powder for specific adaptation (e.g pea protein for vegan).
For gluten free, use gluten free oats or quinoa flakes.
