Raspberry Coconut Bliss Balls


  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup raspberries (frozen works well)
  • 80g vanilla protein powder
  • OR 80g milk powder (also tastes great and adds a protein boost)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10 medjool dates
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • OR 2 tbsp cacao powder (optional)
  • OR 1/3 cup cacao nibs (optional)


  • Prep Ingredients: Deseed the medjool dates and melt the coconut oil.
  • Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a mixture forms.
  • Roll mixture into balls and coat with topping of your choice.
  • Store in the freezer.

Adaptations: Vegan, gluten free, dairy free, lactose free. 
Choose an alternative protein powder for specific adaptation (e.g pea protein for vegan).
For gluten free, use gluten free oats or quinoa flakes.

Use cocoa powder, cacao powder or cacao nibs.
