- 6 medjool dates
- 6 tsp peanut butter
- 50g dark chocolate
- nuts of your choice
- Prep Ingredients: Deseed the medjool dates, melt the dark chocolate and crush the nuts of your choice.
- Split the Medjool dates through the middle on one side
- Fill the each date with a teaspoon of peanut butter.
- Microwave the chocolate until melted.
- Cover each date with a layer of chocolate to ensure they are sealed.
- Store in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
