• 150-220g quality steak
  • oil
  • Marinade (if using): Moroccan Seasoning & Olive Oil; Mixed Herbs, Pepper and Oil; Soy Sauce, Sweet Chilli & Garlic; Balsamic, Soy, Garlic & Dijon Mustard.


  • If marinading steak, mix up marinade and leave steak to sit in the marinade in an air tight container or zip lock bag until ready to cook.
  • Once ready to cook the steak, heat a non-stick frypan over medium-high heat;
  • Oil the pan with a drizzle of oil or use an olive oil spray;
  • Once the pan is hot, gently place the steak in the pan.
  • Each side should be cooked depending on how you like your steak cooked. See note below.
  • Once done to your liking, remove the steak from the pan and let rest for a few minutes at least. Then serve!

Rare 2-3 minutes each side
Medium 4 minutes each side
Well Done 5-6 minutes each side
