High protein Strawberry Smoothie (Protein Powder Free)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberry yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp skim milk powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tsp sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ice cubes (optional)

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or stick mixer and blitz for 1-2mins until smooth and thick.
  • Optional: Add ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing summer smoothie!

Try other fruits and yoghurts for different flavour combinations!

*Can substitute milk for lactose free or plant based alternative.

Sweetener suggestions:
Maple syrup or honey.
