High protein Strawberry Smoothie (Protein Powder Free)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk (milk alternatives are acceptable)
  • 1/2 cup of yoghurt (strawberry flavoured works best!)
  • 3 tablespoons of skim milk powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  • Optional: 3-5 Ice cubes for a refreshing summer smoothie!

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or stick mixer and blitz for 1-2mins until smooth and thick.

Try other fruits and yoghurts for different flavours combinations!
