Compeat has seriously changed the way we cook and eat now, it has been invaluable to us. We enjoy cooking so much more because we know that it will work and taste great.

This was my third 70.3 Ironman and I have never felt as strong and comfortable! Compeat designed my nutrition program around my training sessions for the weeks leading in and provided a targeted race week plan. I set a goal of breaking 5hrs, I broke that mark by 5mins with a 10mins personal best!

Working with Compeat has helped to educate me about my nutritional needs, how to periodise my intake and find a balance. I love having my dietician I can trouble shoot with on a weekly basis (without having to make an appointment or travel to see them)

Firstly, it takes the thinking and planning out of it, I log in and there’s my shopping list for the week. It also suits a family, our girls are 3&5, and I’m not having to prepare multiple meals. It works for us all and I'm learning so much. The Platform is amazing. I love the look and feel! It’s easy. I can access it anywhere but the knowledge and no BS approach is hard to go by.
